Bolt Hammer

The Bolt Hammer is a hydraulic mechanical equipment with no recoil, used for powerful impact on precise targets. In the past, dangerous and inefficient manual hammers or air hammers were used to replace liners during grinding operations. Now, the highly automated and powerful recoilless Bolt Hammer has taken its place, greatly reduced labor intensity and improving work efficiency.
The Bolt hammer device consists of the Bolt Hammer body, the hydraulic power station, and the hydraulic hoist, as shown in Figures.

OPERATION PRINCIPLE

Under hydraulic pressure, the Bolt Hammer triggers the piston of the internal mechanism of the Bolt Hammer, causing the piston to move forward. The piston strikes the rod at the front of the Bolt Hammer, transmitting the impact force to the target. Within the Bolt Hammer, the recoil of the piston and internal mechanism is eliminated, and operators only feel a very small impact force.
