1.Coal Shearer MG100-TP
MG100-TP type single-drum climbing floor shearer for extremely thin coal seams. This shearer is suitable for coal seams with a thickness of 0.45-0.9m, medium-hard coal (f≤3) and an inclination angle of <30°. The machine adopts hydraulic transmission, anchor chain traction, stepless speed regulation, and is easy to operate. The machine is used in conjunction with SGD420/22 or SGB420/30 scraper conveyor and single hydraulic prop. It has the characteristics of high power, high strength of the whole machine, high reliability, low failure rate, and guaranteed safety. It can achieve extremely thin Mechanized mining of coal seam general mining face.

2.Applied Field of the Coal Shearer

This product is suitable for thin coal seams with mining height of 0.45-0.9m, coal seam dip angle below 30°, coal hardness ≤3.5, and long-wall working face with a small amount of gangue.

3.Applied Environment：
It can be used in mines where the concentration of coal dust and methane explosive gas in the air does not exceed the safe content specified in the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations"
Ambient medium temperature should not exceed +40℃, not lower than -10℃
mbient temperature is +25°C, the relative humidity of the surrounding air is not more than 97%

There is no gas and conductive dust in the surrounding medium that is sufficient to corrode and destroy insulation

This type of shearer is a new type of shearer developed by integrating the characteristics and advantages of similar models at home and abroad. The structure is characterized by a riding-slip, single rocker arm, and a hydraulic chain pulling thin coal seam drum shearer.
