Nâng cấp Nghiền & Sàng lọc:

• Integration of a new máy nghiền hình nón nguyên chính to handle increased throughput.
• Existing two-stage crushing circuit (Jaw + Cone Crusher) optimized and retrofitted to form a robust hệ thống nghiền ba giai đoạn, đảm bảo kích thước nguyên liệu đồng nhất 12mm trở xuống để nghiền.

Mạch nổi được nâng cao:

• Installation of new, high-efficiency 200 m³ tế bào nổi to form an expanded circuit.
• Implementation of a “1-stage Rougher, 3-stage Cleaner, 2-stage Scavenger” configuration for superior selectivity and recovery.

• Addition of máy phân tích kích thước hạt trực tuyến (PSD) and Cảm biến pH/ORP for real-time process optimization, ensuring stable operation at the expanded capacity.

Mở rộng vòng tuần hoàn nghiền:

• Addition of a second Máy nghiền bi Φ5.0m x 8.5m operating in parallel with the existing unit.
• Formation of a closed-circuit grinding system with máy ly tâm thủy lực to achieve a target grind size of 80% passing 75µm, essential for liberating fine gold locked in sulfides.

Xử lý tinh quặng & bùn thải:

• New Thiết bị làm đặc tốc độ cao for flotation concentrate dewatering.
• Installation of a bảng lọc for the concentrate to produce a low-moisture filter cake, reducing transportation costs.
• Hệ thống bơm bùn và ống dẫn đã được nâng cấp cho cơ sở lưu trữ bùn hiện có, được thiết kế để xử lý khối lượng tăng lên.
