Peningkatan Penghancuran & Penyaringan:

• Integration of a new crusher giratori primer to handle increased throughput.
• Existing two-stage crushing circuit (Jaw + Cone Crusher) optimized and retrofitted to form a robust sistem penghancuran tiga tahap, memastikan ukuran umpan konsisten sebesar 12mm atau lebih kecil untuk penggilingan.

Sirkuit Pengapungan yang Disempurnakan:

• Installation of new, high-efficiency sel flotasi 200 m³ to form an expanded circuit.
• Implementation of a “1-stage Rougher, 3-stage Cleaner, 2-stage Scavenger” configuration for superior selectivity and recovery.
• Introduction of an advanced sistem dosis reagen otomatis to optimize collector and depressant usage, particularly for controlling arsenic.

Pengendalian Proses & Otomatisasi:

• DCentralized Sistem kontrol PLC/DCS integrated with the existing plant control room.
• Addition of analis ukuran partikel online (PSD) and sensor pH/ORP for real-time process optimization, ensuring stable operation at the expanded capacity.

Perluasan Sirkuit Penggilingan:

• Addition of a second Φ5.0m x 8.5m Penggiling Bola operating in parallel with the existing unit.
• Formation of a closed-circuit grinding system with hidroklasifier to achieve a target grind size of 80% passing 75µm, essential for liberating fine gold locked in sulfides.

Konsentrasi & Penanganan Tailings:

• New pengental laju tinggi for flotation concentrate dewatering.
• Installation of a filter press for the concentrate to produce a low-moisture filter cake, reducing transportation costs.
• Sistem pemompaan limbah yang ditingkatkan dan pipa ke fasilitas penyimpanan limbah yang ada, dirancang untuk menangani volume yang meningkat.
