300 TPD Vein Graphite Concentrate Plant in Namibia

Ore Receiving & Coarse Crushing: Run-of-Mine (ROM) ore is crushed by a jaw crusher to a size suitable for the grinding circuit.

Flotation Circuit: The core of the concentration process. A rougher flotation stage recovers the bulk of the graphite. The rougher concentrate is then cleaned through multiple stages of cleaner flotation to achieve the target grade of 95% fixed carbon. A scavenger flotation cell is used on the rougher tails to maximize overall recovery.

การจัดการแร่ทิ้ง:  The flotation tailings are pumped to a modern, lined Tailings Storage Facility (TSF). Process water is reclaimed from the TSF and thickener for reuse in the plant, promoting water conservation and minimizing environmental impact.

Multi-Stage Grinding & Classification: A primary ball mill works in a closed circuit with a classifier to achieve initial liberation. A subsequent regrind mill circuit ensures optimal liberation of graphite flakes without excessive over-grinding, which is critical for preserving the valuable crystalline structure of vein graphite.

Concentrate Dewatering & Drying: The final graphite concentrate is thickened and dewatered using a filter press to produce a low-moisture cake. The filter cake is then dried in a low-temperature, indirect dryer to prevent oxidation and reduce moisture to below 1% for packaging and transport.
