Geliştirilmiş Kırma ve Eleme:

• Integration of a new birincil konik kırıcı to handle increased throughput.

• DCentralized PLC/DCS kontrol sistemi integrated with the existing plant control room.
• Addition of çevrimiçi parçacık boyutu analiz cihazları (PSD) and pH/ORP sensörleri for real-time process optimization, ensuring stable operation at the expanded capacity.

Frekans Devre Genişletme:

• Addition of a second Φ5.0m x 8.5m Taneli Değirmen operating in parallel with the existing unit.
• Formation of a closed-circuit grinding system with hidrosiklonlar to achieve a target grind size of 80% passing 75µm, essential for liberating fine gold locked in sulfides.

Konsantre ve Atık Yönetimi:

• New yüksek oranda kalınlaştırıcı for flotation concentrate dewatering.
• Installation of a filtre pressi for the concentrate to produce a low-moisture filter cake, reducing transportation costs.
