强化浮选回路：

• Installation of new, high-efficiency 200立方米浮选槽 to form an expanded circuit.
• Implementation of a “1-stage Rougher, 3-stage Cleaner, 2-stage Scavenger” configuration for superior selectivity and recovery.
• Introduction of an advanced 自动试剂定量系统 to optimize collector and depressant usage, particularly for controlling arsenic.

过程控制与自动化

• DCentralized PLC/DCS 控制系统 integrated with the existing plant control room.
• Addition of 在线粒度分析仪 (PSD) and pH/ORP 传感器 for real-time process optimization, ensuring stable operation at the expanded capacity.

磨矿循环扩展：

• Addition of a second Φ5.0米 x 8.5米 球磨机 operating in parallel with the existing unit.
• Formation of a closed-circuit grinding system with 水力旋流器 to achieve a target grind size of 80% passing 75µm, essential for liberating fine gold locked in sulfides.

浓缩物和尾矿处理：

• New 高效增稠剂 for flotation concentrate dewatering.
• Installation of a 过滤 presse for the concentrate to produce a low-moisture filter cake, reducing transportation costs.
• 升级的尾矿泵送系统和管道，连接到现有的尾矿储存设施，旨在处理增加的容量。
