We can provide direct lithium extraction (DLE) solution to recover the lithium from salt lake brine by using the adsorbent resins to catch the lithium. The complete system include raw brine preparation, resin absoprtion and desportion columon, nanofiltration system, reverse osmosis (RO) concentration, MVR evaporation, LCE making and drying. It takes up less land and uses less groundwater than brine evaporation ponds.

The resin absorbent is the key factors in our DLE system. Our partner can provide resin aborbent with different function include the lithium absorption resin and the resin which can catch calcium, magnesium and boron. The resin is with porous structure to absorb the target solute in the brine.
Our resin columon is a rotary type design which can handle the lithium absorption and desorption together. Our design make the columon rotarying and moving to different position for feeding the raw brine and desorption work. During the time moving from feeding position to the desorption position, the lithium will be absorbed by the resin.
The Lithium containing solution will pass the resin columon first to remove the impurities such as calcium, magnesium and boron. Then the solutions will be purified again by passing the nanofiltration system to remove the calcium and magnesium for getting the high purity lithium solution.
For improving the concentration of lithium solution, we recommend to adopt the reverse osmosis (RO) concentration system. At the same time, it can also recycle the circulate water as the deionized water for washing LCE.
For making the lithium carbonate (LCE), we will use the MVR Evaporator to improve the lithium solution concentration again, recycle the water and remove the NaCl content. Then the high concentration lithium soltuion will mixing with Na2CO3 solution to make the coarse LCE.
The final LCE handling system will include the process such as will need to wash by the deionized water washing, drying and final packing. Then it can be sold as final product or sent to next step for making the lithium cathode materials like LFP or NCM.
