• 機能: Efficient moisture reduction to ≤ 10% while preventing oxidation.

モジュラーおよびコンテナ化デザイン： Major equipment pre-assembled in container modules for rapid deployment and commissioning in remote Tanzanian sites.

フレキシブルでデータ豊富なパイロット回路： The plant is fully instrumented for variabile ore tests, providing accurate scale-up data for a future 5,000–10,000 TPD commercial plant.

水効率の良い乾式スタックテーリング Tailings are fully dewatered for safe dry stacking, minimising environmental footprint and water consumption—critical for water-sensitive regions.

粉砕・解放：

• フロー： Closed-circuit grinding with ボールミル + ハイドロサイクロンクラスタ.
• ターゲットグラインドサイズ: P80 = 0.3–0.5 mm (protecting flake structure).
• 機能: Liberate graphite flakes while minimizing over-grinding.

マルチステージフローテーション

• フロー： 1x ラフナー + 3x クリーナー + 1x スキャベンジャー flotation circuit.
• 装置： 機械的攪拌フローテーションセル with tailored frother/collector dosing system.
• 機能: Achieve high-purity concentrate through repeated cleaning; scavenger recovers middlings.

尾鉱と水管理：

• 装置： ディープコーン厚塗り機 + フィルタープレス for tailings; 水リサイクルシステム with clarifier.
• 機能: Dry stacking of tailings, >85% process water recycled.
