Concassage et criblage améliorés :

Integration of a new concasseur giratoire primaire to handle increased throughput.
Existing two-stage crushing circuit (Jaw + Cone Crusher) optimized and retrofitted to form a robust système de concassage à trois étages, garantissant une taille d'alimentation cohérente de 12 mm ci-dessous pour le broyage.

Circuit de flottation amélioré :

Installation of new, high-efficiency Cellules de flottation de 200 m³ to form an expanded circuit.
Implementation of a “1-stage Rougher, 3-stage Cleaner, 2-stage Scavenger” configuration for superior selectivity and recovery.
Introduction of an advanced système de dosage de réactifs automatisé to optimize collector and depressant usage, particularly for controlling arsenic.

Contrôle de processus et automatisation :

DCentralized Système de contrôle PLC/DCS integrated with the existing plant control room.
Addition of analyseurs de taille de particules en ligne (PSD) and Capteurs de pH/ORP for real-time process optimization, ensuring stable operation at the expanded capacity.

Expansion du circuit de broyage :

Addition of a second Broyeur à boulets Φ5,0 m x 8,5 m operating in parallel with the existing unit.
Formation of a closed-circuit grinding system with hydrocyclones to achieve a target grind size of 80% passing 75µm, essential for liberating fine gold locked in sulfides.

Concentration et gestion des résidus :

New épaississant à taux élevé for flotation concentrate dewatering.
Installation of a filtre-presse for the concentrate to produce a low-moisture filter cake, reducing transportation costs.
Système de pompage des résidus amélioré et pipeline vers l'installation de stockage des résidus existante, conçu pour gérer le volume accru.

Saut de capacité : Successfully increased processing capacity by 800 000 t/an, atteignant l'objectif de 2 millions de t/an.
Récupération Accélérée : Through finer grinding and optimized flotation, the overall gold recovery rate was significantly enhanced by 6.5%.
Capacité EPC éprouvée : Demonstrated strong capability in brownfield project execution, seamlessly integrating new systems with existing infrastructure with minimal disruption to ongoing production.
Adapté aux minerais réfractaires : The flowsheet is specifically designed to tackle the challenges of refractory sulfide gold ores prevalent in the region.
Accent sur l'éco-efficacité : The expansion prioritized water recycling from the thickener overflow and dry tailing stacking where applicable, aligning with stringent environmental policies in Xinjiang.
