The process flow of negative electrode materials roughly includes: Precarbonization Process，Grinding and Shaping System，Coating & Granulation System，Graphitization Process，High Temperature Carbonization，Final Product Hanlding System，Dyring and 2nd Compunding，Purification and Drying，Washing and FLotation Process etc.
We can provide different grinding mill and shaping mill to process the green coke, calcined coke and electrode fines. The main target of grinding and shaping work is for obtaining good shape coke particle size and make the particle size distribution more uniform.
Coating and granulation processing is the key step in the whole anode material processing and its performance determines the quality of final product. Our granulation system can do the coating and granulation work together. It can make the coating material and graphite mixing evenly and sufficiently and the electrical heating device will provide staged heating to help the mixed materials coated.
For making the natural graphite anode materials, Carbonization treatment is also the most important processing step. During the high temperature condition (Maximum 1100 degree), it make the coating material and spherical graphite fused together and the coating material formed a shell to wrapping the spherical graphite.
The anode material from carbonization furnaces will be sent to the final product handling system which include deagglomeration, mixer, magnetic separation, sieving and packing system.The mixer is for mixing the multi batch final product before packing for ensure the stable property. Dry type High magnetic separator is specialy designed for removing the mechanical iron in ultrafine powder which generated during processing.
