Prominer provides various types of furnaces for primary and secondary baking of carbon and graphite materials, including CBF (car bottom furnace), pit-ring and tunnel furnaces. Since baking and re-baking processes for anode material, special graphite, isostatic graphite, HP and UHP electrodes and nipples have different heating curves and firing cycles, the design and selection of the furnace type according to the required end product parameters and customer requirements are of high importance to ensure the quality of the end product.

Pre-carbonizing anode material before graphitization will increase packing density, single-furnace output of the graphitization furnace, and reduce the production cost of the graphitization.
