1. Precarbonization Process

carbonizing the wood fiber at a certain temperature to facilitate subsequent crushing process. For saving the investment, recommend to use the push type carbonization furnace.

2. Grinding and Shaping System

Processed by impact mill and shaping mill to do raw material particle size and shape modification work. Obtaining the shape spherical graphite and make size distribution more uniform.

3. Washing and FLotation Process

The washing anf lotation process is for removing the impurities whch is soluble in water and impurities with low density. And it is a preparation work before the purification process.

4. Purification and Drying

purification(purity above 99.3%) is a necessary step for making qualified material. The mix acid washing is the most popular way because of its stable performance and lower cost.

5. Coating & Granulation System

Coating and granulation processing is the key step in the whole anode material processing and its performance determines the quality of final product.

6. Precarbonization

Precarbonization process (tunnel furnaces and rotary kilns) is for improving the density of coke powder and improve the loading capacity of graphitization furnaces.

7. Graphitization Process

Provide different type graphitization system include Acheson furnaces, LWG furnaces and Box type furnaces. High temperature of 2800~3000 ℃.

8. High Temperature Carbonization

Maximum 1100 degree, it make the coating material and spherical graphite fused together and the coating material formed a shell to wrapping the spherical graphite.

9. Final Product Hanlding System

Final product handling system which include deagglomeration, mixer, magnetic separation, sieving and packing system. Magnetic separator is for removing the mechanical iron.

10. Automation System

For improving the work environment, we adopt the automation system in the whole plant such as the pneumatic conveyoring, automation dosing and crucible loading and unloading system.
