The best-known of the exogenetic ores is alluvial gold which also called placer gold. Alluvial gold refers to gold found in riverbeds, streambeds, and floodplains. Alluvial gold deposits are formed through the weathering actions of wind, rain, and temperature change on rocks containing gold. Under this circumstance, the most efficient way is gravity processing to extract the placer gold by washing away the mud and sieve out the big size stone.

The raw ore will be fed into the drum scrubber and trommel screen for washing. The sand with size below 3 mm will be sent to the centrifugal concentrator and the particles with size above 3 mm will be processed by the vibrating chute or stationary chute. For reducing the operation cost, we should remove the larger stone at the mining area and improve the feeding grade.
The centrifugal concentrator is specially designed for recovering the fine size placer gold with recovery rate more than 90% and larger scale capacity. Single machine with maximum capacity more than 150 tons per hour. The stationary chute with gold catch carpet will be set after the concentrator to prevent the loss of placer gold.
The vibrating chute can process the alluvial sand with coarse size below than 50 mm. It is always working together with the stationary chute.

The concentrate collected by the centrifugal concentrator, vibrating chute and stationary chute will be sent to the shaking table for cleaner processing to improve the grade of placer gold sand. The gold sand from the shaking table will be procssed by amalgam treatment system and the smelt it into gold ingots.
When the placer gold is intergrowth in oxide type and sulfide type gold ore with fine particle size, the ball mill grinding work should be considered and then the slurry will be sent to the centrifugal concentrator to recover the palcer gold first. And the tailing from centrifugal concentator will be pumped to the downstream processing.
