100 TPD Gold Ore Grinding and Classification Pilot Plant

Ore Feeding System: A regulated belt feeder ensures a consistent and controlled feed rate to the grinding mill, ensuring stable operation.

Particle Size Classification: The ground ore slurry is pumped to a high-efficiency classifier. The classifier separates the slurry into two products: the oversize (coarse) particles are returned to the ball mill for further grinding, and the undersize (fine) product proceeds to the next stage.

Product Handling: The final sized slurry from the classifier is collected in an agitated tank, ready for sampling and subsequent beneficiation tests, providing accurate data for full-scale plant design.

Closed-Circuit Grinding: The core 1.83*7m ball mill performs the primary grinding duty, reducing the ore particles in the presence of water and grinding media.

Process Control & Automation: A central electric control cabinet integrates and automates the entire system, enabling remote start/stop, real-time monitoring of motor current, pump status, and critical process parameters, ensuring optimal and repeatable test conditions.
