Chemical Purification: Graphite concentrate is mixed with acids (alkalis) in high-temperature reactors to remove metallic impurities and silicate minerals.
Thermal Purification: Further purification by heating in a high-temperature furnace (up to 3000°C) under inert atmosphere to volatilize remaining impurities.
Packaging: Automated packaging in a clean, controlled environment to prevent contamination.
Neutralization & Washing: Neutralization of residual acids and multi-stage washing with demineralized water to achieve neutral pH and remove ions.
Advanced Classification: Precise air classification to meet various particle size distribution (PSD) requirements for different high-end applications.
