Precision Milling: Using specialized impact mills and classifiers to shape irregular graphite particles into spherical form.
Surface Cleaning: Acid washing and rinsing to remove impurities introduced during the milling process and to activate the surface.
Quality Control: In-line laser particle size analysis and automated sampling for consistent product quality.
Size Classification: Multi-stage aerodynamic classification to separate and recycle oversize and undersize particles, ensuring tight PSD control (e.g., D50 15-20 μm).
Drying: Low-temperature drying in an inert atmosphere to prevent oxidation.
