Pre-washing System：Trommel scrubber + High-frequency dewatering screen (increases gold exposure by ≥25%)

Low-temperature Adsorption System：

Insulated leach tanks (double-layer 316L stainless steel with polyurethane insulation)
6-stage countercurrent CIP cascade (32hrs retention time, activated carbon loading ≥6,000g/t)

Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) System：

Tailings water treatment: Cyanide destruction → RO membrane concentration → Evaporative crystallization (industrial salt byproduct)
Filtered tailings moisture ≤12%

Energy-efficient Grinding Circuit：Semi-autogenous mill (Ø4.0×1.5m) + Vertical mill closed-circuit grinding (D80=80μm, 18% less energy consumption)

High-altitude Desorption & Electrowinning：

Low-pressure desorption unit (0.6MPa operating pressure for low-boiling point adaptation)
Plate-frame electrowinning cells (92% current efficiency, +7% vs conventional)
