Ore preparation (screening & blending) to control feed size ≤2mm
Ore Preparation：Crushing & grinding to 75μm (D80) via SAG mill + ball mill circuit.
CIP Adsorption：8-stage cascade tanks with coconut-shell activated carbon (Au adsorption >99%).
Electrowinning：Steel wool cathodes produce gold sludge (purity 95%).
Water Recycling：Closed-circuit thickeners reduce freshwater use by 70%.
High-Pressure Acid Leaching (HPAL) at 250°C with sulfuric acid
Pre-Leach Concentration：Knelson concentrators recover coarse free gold (+98% recovery).
Elution & Regeneration：Zadra system strips gold from carbon; kiln reactivates carbon (loss <5%/cycle).
Tailings Treatment：Cyanide detox via SO₂/air process (WAD CN⁻ <0.5 ppm).
