Pre-screening & Crushing：Grizzly screen (30mm aperture) → Manual waste removal；jaw crusher → Product size ≤15mm
Grinding & Leaching：Wet pan mill → Grind size 80% passing 75μm；Agitated leaching tank (NaCN 0.05%, pH 10.5)；6-stage CIL system (8hrs retention time)
Tailings Management：Cyanide destruction: SO₂/Air process (CN⁻<0.5ppm)；Settling pond → Geomembrane liner；Manual sludge removal (quarterly)
Gravity Concentration：2x Knelson CVD32 centrifugal concentrators (recover >0.1mm free gold)；Gemini shaking table for fine gold upgrade；Direct smelting of gravity concentrate (Au>60%)
Gold Recovery：Carbon stripping: Zadra process (mini elution column)；Electrowinning: 200A rectifier + stainless steel cathodes；Induction furnace smelting (2kg/batch)
