Crushing & Screening System: Three-stage closed-circuit crushing circuit (Jaw Crusher + Cone Crusher + Vibrating Screen) to reduce ore size below 12 mm

Flotation System:

• One stage rougher flotation, two stage cleaner flotation, one stage scavenger flotation
• Selective collectors and regulators employed for preferential copper mineral recovery
• Equipped with aerated agitation tanks and automated reagent dosing system for optimized flotation kinetics

Tailings Management System: Tailings are thickened and pumped to a designated tailings storage facility for safe disposal

Grinding & Classification System: Two-stage closed-circuit grinding (Ball Mill + Cyclone classifier) to achieve grinding fineness of 80% passing 74 μm

Dewatering System: High-rate thickener followed by plate & frame filter press for efficient copper concentrate dewatering

Process Control System: Integrated PLC-based control system for real-time monitoring of key parameters (pH, density, grade, etc.)
