1500 TPD Gold Flotation Plant in Bogutu

Three-Stage Crushing & Screening：

• Primary Jaw Crusher → Secondary Cone Crusher → Tertiary Cone Crusher (Closed-circuit with vibrating screen)
• Final crushed product size: ≤12mm

Pre-Concentration & Flotation Circuit：

• Rougher Flotation: 1 bank of flotation cells to produce a primary concentrate.
• Scavenger Flotation: 1 bank to recover middlings and minimize tailings loss.
• Cleaner Flotation: 2 stages of cleaning flotation to upgrade the rougher concentrate to final grade.
• Reagent System: Xanthate as collector, MIBC as frother, Lime for pH control to depress pyrite.

Two-Stage Grinding & Classification：

• Primary: Ball Mill in closed circuit with cyclones
• Secondary: Regrind Ball Mill for concentrate
• Target grinding fineness: 80% passing 75μm (200 mesh)

Concentrate & Tailing Handling：

• Concentrate: Thickener → Filter Press → Final concentrate moisture ≤12% for shipment.
• Tailings: Pumped to a deep cone thickener for paste preparation → Transported to a designated dry stack tailings storage facility (TSF) for improved environmental management.
