Anode Material Line:
Coating: Spherical graphite is coated with pitch via precision mixing.
Carbonization: Thermal treatment in inert atmosphere to form a stable carbon coating layer, enhancing cycle life.
Sizing & Blending: Final sizing and homogenization to meet specific battery manufacturer specifications.
Graphene Line:
Exfoliation: Production of graphene via a physical/chemical exfoliation method from graphite feedstock.
Purification & Separation: Removal of by-products and separation of graphene layers to achieve target flake size and quality.
Drying & Collection: Low-temperature drying and collection of finished graphene powder.
Application R&D: Integrated facility for graphene application development in composites, batteries, and other fields.
