Pre-treatment System: High-intensity grinding to D90 45μm (target liberation); Sulfuric acid pre-leaching (pH 1.5-2.0, 4hrs) for copper dissolution
Iron Extraction Unit: Magnetic separation (1.2T intensity) from leached residue; Concentrate dewatering via drum filter
Environmental Protection: Neutralization tank with lime milk (pH 10.5); Dry stacking with <15% moisture tailings
Ammonia Leaching & Metal Recovery: Ammonia-ammonium carbonate leaching (pH 9.5, 8hrs) for gold/silver extraction; CCD washing + Zinc powder precipitation for precious metals
Copper SX-EW System:2-stage solvent extraction (LIX 984N); Electrowinning to produce A-grade cathode
