Processing Way

  • Flow: Three-stage crushing (Jaw Crusher + Cone Crusher + Cone Crusher) in closed circuit with vibrating screens.
  • Product: Crushed ore ≤ 12 mm.
  • Equipment: Knelson Concentrator (installed in the grinding circuit cyclone underflow).
  • Function: Recovers coarse free gold (>20μm) prior to leaching, reducing gold lock-up in circuit and enhancing overall security.
  • Loaded Carbon Treatment: Acid washing column to remove carbonates.
  • Elution & Electrowinning: Pressurized Zadra/AARL elution column to strip gold from carbon. Gold is then deposited onto cathodes in the electrowinning cell.
  • Smelting: Cathode sludge is dried and smelted in an induction furnace with fluxes to produce doré ingots.
  • Dual-Mode Flexibility: The same tank series can operate as either CIP or CIL, providing operational adaptability to changing ore types without hardware modification.
  • Enhanced Security & Recovery: Integration of a gravity concentration circuit upstream of leaching captures coarse gold early, minimizing “preg-robbing” and improving overall financial security.
  • Optimized Leaching Kinetics: Oxygen injection and tailored cyanide dosing strategy, controlled by an online cyanide analyzer, maximize dissolution rates and reduce reagent consumption.
  • High-Efficiency Elution: Closed-loop, high-temperature elution system ensures high stripping efficiency (>98%) and low carbon inventory.
  • Comprehensive Environmental Control: Integrated cyanide destruction and tailings dewatering system ensures compliant discharge and facilitates dry stacking for reduced environmental footprint.
  • Flow: Two-stage ball mill grinding (primary overflow ball mill + secondary regrind ball mill) in closed circuit with a hydrocyclone battery.
  • Target: Grind size P80 = 75 μm for optimal gold liberation.
  • Design: Flexible 7-tank cascading agitation tank series.
  • CIP Mode: Used for finer, pre-oxidized ore. Leaching occurs in initial tanks, followed by carbon adsorption in later tanks.
  • CIL Mode: Used for standard oxide/transitional ore. Activated carbon is added directly to all tanks, allowing simultaneous leaching and adsorption.
  • Equipment: High-efficiency dual-impeller agitators, inter-stage screens (carbon safety screens), carbon transfer pumps, oxygen sparging system.
  • Carbon Regeneration: Rotary kiln to thermally reactivate stripped carbon.
  • Tailings Management: Cyanide destruction (SO₂/Air process) in a dedicated reactor, followed by thickening and filtration for dry stack disposal.
