Ore Preparation：3-stage crushing (Jaw→Cone→VSI) → Ore size ≤12mm；Dense Media Separation (DMS) pre-concentration (discard 40% waste)
Thermal Phase Conversion：Rotary kiln roasting: 1100°C (α-spodumene → β-spodumene)；Quick quenching with air → Magnetic separation (iron removal)；
Lithium Carbonate Production：Evaporation crystallization (Li₂SO₄ solution → 30% TDS)；Sodium carbonate precipitation: 2Li⁺ + CO₃²⁻ → Li₂CO₃↓；Centrifugation → Fluidized bed drying (200°C)
Flotation Circuit：Stage grinding: SAG mill → Ball mill (P80=150μm)；Conditioning: NaOH (pH 10.5) + Oleic Acid collector；5-stage flotation: Rougher→Scavenger→3×Cleaner；Concentrate grade: Li₂O≥6.0% (SiO₂<2%, Fe₂O₃<0.5%)
Acid Leaching & Purification：Sulfuric acid digestion (250°C, 30min, solid:acid=1:1.35)；4-stage CCD washing → Filtrate pH adjustment (Na₂CO₃)；Ion exchange: Remove Ca²⁺/Mg²⁺ (residual<1ppm)
Tailings Management：Neutralization: Lime treatment (pH 7-8)；Filter press → Dry stacking (90% solids)；Fluoride removal plant (CaCl₂ precipitation)
