This mega-project integrates multiple state-of-the-art processing plants within one industrial park to achieve maximum resource efficiency and value addition.
12 MTPA Concentrator Plant: Employing crushing, grinding, and multi-stage flotation to produce 400,000 TPA of high-carbon graphite concentrate.
Solid Waste Resource Utilization: Comprehensive processing of flotation tailings for the production of construction materials (e.g., bricks, cement additives) and the extraction of valuable by-products.
Spherical Graphite Plant (100,000 TPA): Uses shaped milling and classification of purified concentrate to produce spherical graphite for anode applications.
Anode Material Plant (100,000 TPA): Integrates coating, carbonization, and sizing processes to transform spherical and purified graphite into ready-to-use lithium battery anode material.
High-Purity Graphite Plant (100,000 TPA): Employs a combination of high-temperature thermal purification and chemical purification to achieve 99.95% to 99.999% carbon purity for specialist markets.
Onsite R&D Center: Dedicated to developing new graphite applications, process optimization, and next-generation materials like graphene composites and expandable graphite.
Centralized Utilities & ESG Management: Features a centralized water treatment plant, waste heat recovery systems, and a fully lined, sustainable tailings management facility.
