Three-stage crushing circuit: Jaw crusher (primary), Cone crusher (secondary & tertiary) to reduce ore size below 12 mm
Rougher flotation circuit: Bulk flotation of copper minerals with specific reagents (collectors, frothers)
Scavenger flotation circuit: Recovery of middlings and tailings from rougher stage
Process water recycling system from thickener overflows and tailings
Two-stage ball mill grinding in closed circuit with hydrocyclones to achieve target fineness of 80% passing 74µm
Cleaning flotation circuit: Two-stage cleaning to upgrade rougher concentrate to final grade
Concentrate dewatering using filter press to achieve moisture content below 12%
On-site laboratory for daily metallurgical testing and process optimization
