Pre-Concentration & Selective Crushing:

XRF Sensor-Based Sorting: Pre-reject 25% waste rock (waste grade Au<0.3 g/t)
SABC Circuit: Semi-autogenous mill + Ball mill (P80: 75 μm)

Oxygen-Enriched CIL for Refractory Gold:

O₂-enhanced leaching (DO ≥12 ppm): Leaching time reduced to 16 hours (vs. 24 hrs conventional); Cyanide consumption lowered by 35%
Cyanide detoxification: O₃ oxidation (residual CN⁻ <0.5 ppm)

Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) System:

Differential Flotation

Copper Priority Flotation: Rapid flotation for native copper → Copper concentrate (Au: 18 g/t)
Gold Sulfide Flotation: Collector EPX-1 for selective gold-pyrite enrichment → Gold concentrate (Au: 42 g/t)
