Primary Crushing：Gyratory crusher → 250mm size reduction
Grinding Circuit：HPGR (High Pressure Grinding Rolls) + Ball mill → P80=45μm
Concentrate Upgrading：Reverse flotation with amine collectors (SiO₂ reduction); Disc filters for dewatering to 9% moisture
Tailings Management：Paste thickener → Filter press → Dry stacking (85% solids); Water recovery >90%
Pre-beneficiation：Dense Medium Separation (DMS) cyclones discard 35% waste rock
Magnetic Separation：3-stage LIMS (Low Intensity Magnetic Separation)；WHIMS (Wet High Intensity Magnetic Separation) for hematite recovery
Pellet Feed Preparation: Balling discs → 12mm green pellets; Grate-Kiln induration system (1315°C)
