Crushing & Grinding System：Three-stage crushing to reduce ore size below 12 mm. Primary ball mill grinding to achieve particle size of 74μm and below for adequate mineral liberation.
Slurry Flow Regulation System：Implements optimized pipeline design and agitation parameters to ensure uniform slurry flow, prevent sedimentation and short-circuiting, and maintain stable flotation conditions.
Concentration & Dewatering System：Employs high-rate thickeners and filter presses for copper concentrate dewatering. Tailings are treated and pumped to the tailings storage facility.
Flotation System with Rotor & Stator Optimization：Utilization of high-efficiency, energy-saving flotation cells equipped with customized rotor & stator systems. Enhances bubble dispersion and mineral-particle collision probability to improve flotation efficiency.
Flotation Circuit Configuration：One stage of rougher flotation, two stages of cleaner flotation, and two stages of scavenger flotation. Middlings are recirculated for reprocessing to maximize copper recovery.
Automation Control & Monitoring：Integrated PLC control system with online monitoring instruments for real-time adjustment of rotor speed and slurry flow rate, enabling intelligent operation.
