Crushing & Grinding: Three-stage crushing and two-stage ball mill grinding circuit to achieve liberation size.
Dewatering & Drying: Concentrate is dewatered by thickeners and filter presses, followed by a dryer to achieve required moisture content.
Water Recycling: Process water from the thickener and TSF is clarified and recycled back to the plant, minimizing fresh water consumption.
Flotation: Multi-stage flotation process (rougher, cleaner, scavenger) with specific reagent regime to upgrade graphite concentrate.
Tailings Handling: Flotation tailings are pumped to a dedicated Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) equipped with impermeable lining, decant system, and continuous monitoring for environmental safety.
