800 TPD Galena and Fluorite Flotation Plant in Inner Mongolia

Crushing & Screening System：

• Three-stage crushing (Jaw crusher + Cone crusher + HPGR)
• Final product size: ≤10 mm

Sequential Flotation Circuit：

• Lead Flotation Stage: Rougher flotation with xanthate collector (pH 8–9, adjusted by lime)；Two stages of lead concentrate cleaning
• Fluorite Flotation Stage: Depression of residual sulfides with sodium silicate and lignin sulfonate；Rougher flotation with oleic acid collector (pH 9–10)；Three stages of fluorite cleaning to achieve acid-grade concentrate

Tailings Management：

• Tailings thickener + filter press for dry stacking
• Process water recycling rate: ≥85%

Grinding & Classification：

• Two-stage ball mill grinding in closed circuit with hydrocyclones
• Target grinding fineness: 200 mesh (74μm) D80

Concentrate Dewatering：

• Lead concentrate: Thickener + filter press → moisture ≤10%
• Fluorite concentrate: Thickener + disc filter → moisture ≤8%

Automation & Reagent Control：

• Online pH and ORP sensors for flotation control
• Automated reagent dosing system with PLC
