Crushing & Screening System – Customized upgrade to handle variable material conditions and improve liberation of cryolite from carbon-slag

Flotation System – 1 stage rougher, 2 stage cleaner flotation to recover high-purity cryolite

Tailing Treatment – Dewatering and dry stacking for environmental compliance

Ball Mill Grinding – Achieve suitable particle size for flotation feed

Concentrate Dewatering – Thickener + Press filter for final cryolite product

Direct Reuse – Recovered cryolite returned to aluminum electrolysis process, reducing raw material cost and waste discharge

Circular Recycling: Flotation recovers cryolite from aluminum slag, supporting green & sustainable production.
Strong Performance: Designed for 3 t/h but stably achieves 150 t/d.
Flexible Optimization: Added screening and crushing upgrades to efficiently handle real on-site material conditions.
Cost-Saving Integration: Recovered cryolite returns to aluminum electrolysis, and the new line fits directly into the existing workshop.
