Technical Solution: Gravity + CIL Process

The Gold CIL process was selected as it is a highly popular and effective method for processing oxide-type gold ore. The integrated flow includes:

Crushing & Grinding: Utilizing high-capacity SAG Mills and Ball Mills combined with a hydrocyclone system to achieve the required mineral fineness.
Gravity Separation: A critical stage to recover coarse gold particles early in the process, reducing the load on the leaching circuit.
CIL System: After grinding, the slurry enters the CIL System, where gold is simultaneously leached and adsorbed by activated carbon.
Dewatering & Refining: Utilizing Thickeners and Linear Screens for material handling, followed by a complete Gold Refinery and Smelting System to produce high-purity gold bullion.
