Pre-Flotation Desliming and Multi-Stage Cleaning:Slimes and ultrafine particles can interfere with flotation performance. Desliming removes fine particles that may destabilize the froth or consume reagents without contributing to recovery. Multi-stage cleaning processes, including roughing, scavenging, and cleaning steps, ensure higher-grade concentrates and minimize impurities.
By addressing these factors, flotation efficiency in skarn tungsten ore can be significantly improved, resulting in better recovery rates and concentrate quality.
