It is widely used in the oxide gold cyanide leaching project.

Mainly used for processing the oxide type gold ore and in the gold refinery factory.
The pre-treatment and leaching adsorption adopt several sets of double impellers leaching tanks.
The solubilized gold is adsorbed onto coarse granules of activated carbon in the tanks at the same time as the slurry flows from the fist CIL tank to the last.
The pre-treatment and leaching time is around 24 hours, and the leaching rate reaches over 96%.
The CIL process concentrates gold from 2.5–3.5 g/t in ore to 2000 to 6000 g/t on carbon.
The CIL process results in improved conditions for gold dissolution as a result of the lower gold tenor, albeit at a cost of lower gold-on-carbon loading.

Prominer leaching tanks provides solids suspension to distribute concentrate and carbon equally around the tank.
Normally, the overflow from the cyclone reaches a concentration of around 40% after thickener and enters the leaching process.
