Jaw Crusher, its opening size determines its max feeding size. The crushing chamber of a jaw crusher is created by the two vertical manganese jaw plates that create a V-shaped cavity. Normally it could cooperate with pre-screen system to separate out the fine particles to cone crusher directly to improve processing efficiency.

Before gold ore enter ball mill and CIL system, normally jaw crusher and cone crusher shall process the oxide and sulfide ore into below 30mm.
Using a jaw crusher and cone crusher, quartz will undergo the crushing process, while a vibrating screen will be used to separate it.
Normally for Copper ore processing need crushing, grinding, flotation and thickening stages.

A larger feed opening increases material intake and ensures that the rocks enter the jaw crusher’s cavity without restrictions.

The jaw crushers can be upgraded with crusher automation that enable monitoring and adjusting the settings of a feeder, crusher, and conveyor remotely.

For the main shaft, we adopt material of 40Cr, and jaw plate of ZGMn13.
Prominer design with PLC control system to integrate with other crushers and belt conveying system, make all the crushing system under remote control.
