We can provide the roller mill for making ultra-fine powder which is suitable to grind the material with mosh hardness below 7 and moisture below 6%, with processing capacity 500-25000 kgs/h. The material passes through the gap between the rolling grinding roller and the grinding ring for pulverization, and then separated by the turbine classifiers into ultra-fine products.

It is mainly for handling the calcined petroleum coke (CPC coke), calcined needle coke, coating pitch, natural graphite for lithium battery anode material production.
It can handle limestone, feldspar, calcite, dolomite, marble and quartz also.
Calcined petroleum coke has a sponge-like structure which plays an important role in the making of anodes.
Calcined petroleum coke is created by placing high quality green petroleum coke into rotary kilns, where it is heated to temperatures between 1200 to 1350 ˚C.
Needle coke, commonly used in the production of high-power graphite electrodes for steel production in electric furnaces.
Ultrafine grinding equipment with built-in grinder and classifier, the material is fed into the grinding ring to be collided repeatedly and milled by grinding rollers.
Calcined Needle Coke Is a High Quality Material for Manufacturing HP and UHP Electrode.
Roller mill not only fit for artificial graphite processing, but also for handling limestone, feldspar, calcite, dolomite, marble and quartz.
Roller mill could reach the ultra-fine grinding for dolomite with high efficiency and low wear cost.
CPC’s strength, density and size also make it ideal for the production of Aluminum and Graphite electrode.
