Gold CIL process (carbon in leaching) is very popular way to process the high grade oxide type gold ore with higher recovery rate and lower operation cost. Another processing way is called CIP ( carbon in pulp) which is very similar to CIL process and also popular in oxide type gold ore project.

Adopt 3 stage crushing with closed circuit sieving system to make the gold ore below 12 mm or even blow 10 mm for reducing the power consumption of grinding stage.
Grinding the gold ore into slurry with target grinding fineness by using ball mill. Then use thickener to improve the slurry density to reach around 45%.
Then it is pumped to leaching tanks and dissolved in aerated sodium cyanide solution. The solubilized gold is simultaneously adsorbed directly into coarse granules of activated carbon in leaching tanks.
Gold-loaded carbon will sent to the desorption electrolysis to obtain the gold mud. The gold mud will be purified in gold refinery system and then smelt it into ingots. The silver and platium can be recovered as well during this process.
The tailing slurry will be dewatered by press filter or belt filter to recover the water and reduce the tailing water content.
For environmental purpose, the cyanide detoxification system and tailings dry stack facilities are also equipped.
