Flotation is the most popular processing way in gold ore processing project. Because the flotation process can improve the gold grade signifcantly and it is suitable to process the sulfide gold ore, quartz vein gold ore, multi-metal containing sulfide ore, high carbon content and high arsenic content gold ore.

Adopt 3 stage crushing with closed circuit sieving system to make the gold ore below 12 mm or even blow 10 mm for reducing the power consumption of grinding stage.
Grate type ball mill is working as primary grinding mill and the overflow type ball mill is working as secondary grinding mill. Two stage grinding mill working together with hydrocyclone cluster to ensure the grinding fineness reach 75 microns with passing rate D85.
When there are plenty placer gold in oxide type and sulfide type gold ore with fine particle size, the slurry from the ball mill will be sent to the centrifugal concentrator to recover the palcer gold first. And the tailing from centrifugal concentator will be pumped to the flotation processing section.
The gold ore slurry from gravity processing system will be pumped to the flotation processing plant. The flotation process always include 1 stage rougher flotation, 2 or 3 stage cleaner flotation and 2 stage scavenging flotation.
The concentrate and tailing slurry will be sent to the thickener for dewatering process and recover the water for recycle usage. The tailing slurry from the thickener can be pumped to the tailing pond directly.
The concentrate slurry from the thickener will be sent to the cearmic disc filter for deeper dewatering process. The press filter or belt filter can also be adopted.
