Heap leaching is a traditional cyanide leaching processing way which is flexible and economic to extract gold from low-grade oxide type gold ores.

The raw ore will be crushed into particles with size around 50mm or even 80 mm by using one stage or two stage crushing. Then the crushed ore will be separated into 0-10 mm and 10 mm above by screen. The ore with size above 10mm will be sent to the heap directly.
To improve the leaching efficiency, the agglomeration shall be considered. By adding the cement, lime and cyanide solution, the small particles would be stuck to big lumps. It makes the cyanide solution much easier penetrating and heap more stable.
Make the heap foundation with angle of inclination to make all the pregnant solution influx to a corner. Then use the HDPE as the mat to prevent the water seepage. And then above the HDPE mat, the aggregates layer should be set for making the pregnant solution eaiser to pass.
It is a very high efficient way to buidl the heap by using our portable truck unloader, portable belt conveyor and portable telescopic belt stacker.
The finished gold ore heap will be sprayed by the leaching solutions and the gold-containing solution which is also called pregnant liquid will be leached from the heap bottoms and flow into pregnant solution pool.
The pregnant solution will be pumped to the carbon adsorption column for catching the free gold. The barren liquid will be pumped to the cyanide solution pond for recycle usage. Gold-loaded carbon will sent to the desorption electrolysis to obtain the gold mud. The gold mud will be purified in gold refinery system and then smelt it into ingots. The silver and platium can be recovered as well during this process.
