The raw ore will be crushed into particles with size below 30 mm or even below 15 mm by using one stage or two stage crushing. Then the crushed ore will be separated into 0-10 mm and 10 mm above by screen. The ore with size above 10mm will be sent to the heap directly.
To improve the leaching efficiency, the agglomeration shall be considered. By adding the cement, lime and cyanide solution, the small particles would be stuck to big lumps. It makes the cyanide solution much easier penetrating and heap more stable.
The leaching vat can be digging directly by excavator and build a concrete pond. Make the pond bottom with angle of inclination to make all the pregnant solution influx to a corner. Then use the HDPE as the mat to prevent the water seepage. And then above the HDPE mat, the aggregates layer should be set for making the pregnant solution eaiser to pass.
The gold ore after granulation will be stocked in the leaching pond and mixing together with the cyanide solution for 2 or 3 weeks. Then the pregnant solution will be collected to a pond to make the large solid particle sediment.
The pregnant solution after filtration will be pumped to the carbon adsorption column for catching the free gold. The barren liquid will be pumped to the cyanide solution pond for recycle usage.
Gold-loaded carbon will sent to the desorption electrolysis to obtain the gold mud. The gold mud will be purified and then smelt it into ingots.
